Groupon Makes Me Happy

I cannot stress enough how wonderful the customer service department is at Groupon. As if the deals weren't great enough, they are so good about solving your problems in a way that proves effective and truly apologetic. I have had two problems with Groupons before and their team is always so quick to address and solve the issue at hand. Love them.
