Garage Door Opener Poorly Installed, Service Never Shows Up

On 06/09/08 I bought a garage door opener. The installation was done wrong, so the door does not close the way it is supposed to. For a month and a half I have been phoning, yet nobody will come out to look at it. Each time I am promised a visit the following day, and each time nobody shows up. I am extremely upset.
