Batteries for Dogtra dog training equipment - Battery for a Dogtra training device

The batteries are not the right ones for my Dog training equipment. Even though I was specific to the model number of my equipment. I can not find how to return them for the right battery. The cost was terrible. I really would like to have my money back, but who knows how one can make that happen. I am not prepared to wait on the phone for an hour. I already have done that with no response at one half hour.
