Terrible! Dont choose 24petwatch! - complicated liars!

I strongly urge people not to go through 24PetWatch ; I started with them about 4 years ago and have not had a problem until now, nonetheless this issue is bad enough that i feel the need to share. I opened my account years ago and have submitted a few claims ($100 here and there) with ease. However, the beginning of this year my dog had an emergency that costed hours in the ER and over $1000.00. When i submitted this claim all of a sudden im NOT on the account... I dont know how this could be, since i opened the account and have been the only one making payments every year. Now, the account is in my ex's name (ex-boyfriend from 4 years ago). I have made dozens of calls to attempt to resolve this issue, its been months now and still NO response from 24PetWatch other than "im sorry ma'am you're not the primary and i cant tell you anything about the claim."
