Groomer cut my dog ear, leg and bleeding anus

On 11/12, I got my 6 yr-old Maltese to get a bathtub and slice. The visit was at 8am and that I was informed I'd get a telephone call by 12 pm when she was prepared.By 2 pm I never obtained a telephone call, and so I started to fear. I named and questioned if my puppy was prepared. The dog owner stated my puppy was prepared and that I might choose her up. After I got there the groomer the dog owner apologized for that lengthy wait and mentioned the groomer who offered my puppy a bathtub and slice was fresh. Additionally, the master mentioned the brand new groomer accidentally nicked my puppyis hearing having a set of scissors. I had been REALLY annoyed. The dog owner suggested my puppy was okay, plus they handled the nick with medical stuff. After hurting my puppy and being two hours late the dog owner nevertheless had the nerve to cost me.

I got my puppy house and examined her more carefully. The problems for my pets hearing wasn't simply nicked it had been a deepcut. Additionally, she'd a knick on her back knee. I had been SO FURIOUS and ANNOYED!

Shorty after checking my puppy I discovered she was bleeding from her anus area. Our bad puppy what did they are doing to her?!?!?

I named the groomer back and informed her what happened she told me that she didn't understand why she might have been bleeding from her anal area but after talking with a Vet they express the groomer should have also nicked my dog’s anus area! I named the groomer back again to examine exactly what the Vet informed me and also the operator stated she dismissed the brand new groomer who hurt my puppy but nonetheless had the audacity not to return me

Also, after I questioned when the company was certified to medical handle accidents with medical stick the dog owner suggested these were NOT. I'll never provide my dog back again to this Puppy Salon to torture my puppy. A location like this will not maintain organization. Particularly if they're doing things they're not certified to complete.
