I have tried on three separate occasions to correct miskeyed ownership information on my four pets. I have faxed at your request, proof of ownership. Nothing. Your customer service people have been rude, very rude. The details are correct the ownership is backwards. I show as the alternative contact, my boyfriend as the owner. He doesn't own them, they live with me. It's really quit simple. Why can't this be resolved?
