Terrible microchip service - 24hr PetWatch

Home Again allows you to update the address etc ANYTIME/ANY YEAR
I tried updating my information on 24hr petwatch and you change all the details, hit save and you will keep getting the error: 'Email already registered'! (of course it is, I added it ages ago and I was able to sign in!) Anyway, no matter what you do, you get the same error.
I called 24hr, spoke to Sandra, she said it happens all the time and would delete the account so i could add it again.
I tried accessing the account again and could not - Great I thought, I can set it up again. I tried and got the SAME ERROR!
Called 24 AGAIN to be told by SEAN that accounts cannot be deleted and that in order to update any information, even the house number, you have to pay a fee, that's why the system gives you that stupid error (which is so helpful and informative)! He then said, they are the best microchip company and all other companies charge fees, funny because Home Again do not, he told me they do, I told him they do not as I just did it, he told me I am wrong and I have to pay 24 to update the address line.
24hr petwatch is terrible, a rip off and the customer service is awful.
Go with HOME AGAIN, they are awesome!
