Was guaranteed a 39.95 regular strategy but constantly being billed 69.95

- Was guaranteed that there's no agreement and certainly will stop anytime clearly that's not the case, but I've not a problem spending them 39.95 per month for 12 weeks. Except that's false.

- Physicians there are incredibly incompetent and inexperienced.

- Instantly named following the first statement to fix the problem to be over-charged. Customer support representative can't do something to assist, actually! Since that time (Nov) been refereed backwards and forwards between your POS and Callcenter.

- Was advised the additional cost was labeled on due to some kind of neutering program. Despite the fact that I never requested for it, and also the puppy was never neutered at Banfield, everybody at Banfield appears to realize that I'm being over-charged, but no-one can do something about it.

- Following A a few months fight between your Call-Center and POS, I included American Express quality challenge support.

- Banfield set the challenge support consultant onto the exact same endless cycle of table tennis strategy between themselves and also the Pointofsale.

- American Express chose to Prevent them from getting me and credit back all of the costs before problem is solved.

- Banfield today calls me once per week since March requesting me to pay for them. Every time I clarify the problem patiently and all of them sympathized and attempting to assist with guarantees of "somebody will-call you back having a greater specialist." Sadly, no body actually calls me back.

- 4th week of April again obtained another phone requesting me to pay for them. But this time around the consultant stated she could possibly get me customer support boss about the telephone, but all she did was chilly moved me towards the normal call-center, on-hold for around 8 units chose to hang-up.

- Hello Banfield! You need to do understand you've no private information about anybody right!? Some people do not mind spending you the pricing which was guaranteed for handy vaccine and teeth cleaning solutions. But rather you favour us quit paying you than solving an easy problem.

- So... Please, when you have a problem with Banfield. Simply prevent them from getting you. Problem solved.
