Groomer hurt my dog

I simply had my puppy injured by Petsmart groomers. He arrived limping after I picked him up. I gave it each day to ensure it had beennot him simply being tender in the nail-clipping, but he's been limping for 5 times today. They did purchase a vet statement to place him on painkillers and that I completely anticipate them to cover the xrays that people are likely to need to have completed. Nevertheless, I've yet to listen to an apology in the groomer and also the MOD that arrived to cover the vet visit was fairly rude towards me. HI! This really is my "kid" that you simply have injured! Its unpleasant for him and heart breaking for me personally.

I'm really dissatisfied in how all this continues to be managed by Petsmart. I had been a large fan.
