Lack of care/policy violation

I've a dog signed up for among Banfield's Wellness ideas. Our puppy is generally observed in Sanantonio, Texas as that's where we stay. I inquired if your physician could be there easily came by 3:30PM and was informed "I can not assure it". I subsequently requested to be positioned on store so the person who responded the telephone might request if your physician might please remain to look at my woman. After 10 units on-hold, I had been informed "Number, however, you may come in tomorrow".

My question is that this. How will you promote, and inform individuals, that the professional workplace is available till 5PM after which don't have any veterans planned on-duty after 3:30PM?

I'm pleased with my house Banfield office, but am not happy with what I had been informed from the Tyler, Texas office.
