Mishandling of Patient Records

I'm ashamed and shocked that Dr. Lennard Candela and his team have intentionally, deliberately, in a careless and reckless style delivered to his former company associate medical documents and x rays in petsmart shoppingcarts forced out towards the storefront control within the wind flow unprotected. It informs me that people animals actually are not very important to him which all of the cash he created off the shells of patient owners wasn't for that great of the homeowners as well as their animals however for envy and greed... Our animals x rays and documents were contained in that show of major misconduct of the Veterinary Qualified... I wonder then what he's performing when no body is viewing???
