Failed to provide CFA registration for my purchased kitten

Wendy Colvin of Purfect Items offered me a male Snowshoe Siamese in April like a CFA listed kitten using the cost ($750.00) for this cat, that will be within the selection of authorized cats and he or she never provided me using the enrollment as agreed within our agreement. She never replied back again to my telephone calls or emails. I still have her emails in my own pc and also the agreement as evidence. This lady didn't meet up with the agreement and really should be barred like a kitten breeder. I believe she's since transferred in the Ravenna, Ohio region for I can not find her telephone number shown. I understand she would university to be always a nurse of course if that's how she handles people I'm unsure how great she'd maintain that profession for I've numerous buddies because occupation. I'd like anyone to provide me my choice on the best way to cope with this case.By-the-method, my small man is just a really caring soon-to be 2-year old. He uses me all over the place I proceed in the home because he's just an inside pet. I really like how he provides me his gadgets to perform with him and he makes me laugh at his tricks.
