Bought this plan to prevent expensive expenses since I have have another puppy with medical issues. I've posted a few claims to 24PetWatch plus they discover every loop-hole within the program to be able to prevent spending your statements. They're a "fraud" organization. I've documented them towards the BBB (which did not support people), customer matters and today I'll be approached this Attorney-General. They have to be turn off
