Unhealthy kitten

On 12/21/08 I bought a cat out of this breeder like a present for my spouse. Unfortunetly the cat was created with or caught a disease called FIP. FIP is definitely an uncurable illness and also the kitten needed to be set to sleep. The 1st telephone call i designed to the breeder she mentioned her apologies and stated she'd change the cat. The next evening she named me back and explained she doesn't back a cat with this specific illness. Even though it says in her agreement the cat has a 12 months health guarentee not mentioning FIP whatsoever. The lengthy and lacking it's I have to substitute a kitten and he or she may niether provide me a cat or provide me my money-back, therfore small-claims court documents have now been submitted on 02/19/09.
