Banfield lost my cat's ashes

On October 19th, my precious kitten died. She'd been with me for almost 16 years. My dad had gotten her for me personally like a teenager a few decades before he died. I've been through so significantly with my kitten. She was my friend. I'd obtained her to Banfield Pet Clinic in my own community after I recognized that she was not succeeding. She handed down upon arrival. The physician and nurses questioned me easily'd prefer to have her cremated and I decided. The physician on change stated that they'd contact me when it comes to the cremation. Ofcourse they swiped my charge card for that cost! For nearly 3 months, I'd been looking for out what had occurred with my kitten's ashes. Among the physicians ultimately explained they screwed-up the paper-work and also the ashes were spread in the crematory! I'd purchased an urn on her! Exactly whatis occurred has certainly damaged my heart. Please think hard about putting your pet inside their "accountable" fingers. That is terrible and that I would not need other people to-go through this.
