No dog and No refund!

I settled her to get a puppy in March. ($1,250) It's now been over five weeks because she received my income. She's not delivered me your dog or my cash back. There are usually reasons. I actually attempted to obtain her to deliver me pets apart from the one which I initialy bought. Our ideas were that anything could be much better than nothing. She declined to deliver something!
