Refuses to ship or refund

Ira Wood got my cash 2 weeks previously for blade bought via their onlinee shop. Their site suggested that it had been in-stock and might deliver in appx. 48 hours. Our charge card was billed and also the cash taken off my banking account. Nearly 2 weeks later, nothingis appeared. The organization does only stonewall on the reimbursement by stating it'll deliver quickly—they will have provided atleast 2 particular vessel times and didn't fulfill both. I'll never, actually purchase here again.
