Terrible staff and service

Should you love and care for the dog don't take him to bansfield in secaucus, nj. I got my dog ninja neutered. We decreased him off at 7am they called me 8 hours later and explained there have been problems he was bleeding internally, allegedly among the stitches was grabbing an artery!!! They'd to open him up again and repair the problem... The surgery was said to be free because we've the wellness plan however it works out we'd to pay for 160 bucks trigger based on them they'd to return and start him up again! My partner contended it wasnt your problem. He was in the hospital the entire time but they said it was done already and we'd to pay for! Im ashamed and upset at how they treated my dog they don't understand what they're doing and at the conclusion you spend a lot more then what's expected one vet really explained and my partner shes favors cats!!! Wtf!!! Please should you really worry about your precious creatures never ever bring him to bansfield.in the snotty perspective smart mouth girls in the front towards the phony vet and empty-headed technicians they have to closeup the hospital and just adhere to selling food and gadgets interval!!!
