Ripoff: unscrupulous business practices, dishonest, unreputable breeder

My husband purchased a kitten for me for Christmas from this breeder. The kitten was not litter trained and the breeder admitted fault, saying that she did not crate the kitten long enough with the mother - so the mother could not train it properly. The kitten was retunred to the breeder with the option of replacing it when the next litter was due. After months of questioning her, she decided that she would not replace the kitten and offered and older cat. We wanted a kitten so we denied the offer. Both parties settled on the breeder refunding the full purchase price of the kitten. However, since then... We still have not received the refund, she will not return emails, and her phone has been disconnected. I am warning anyone and everyone out there... Do not buy from this breeder!!! She is dishonest and does not practice good business ethic!
