SOLD ME A PUPPY WITH HYDROCEPHALUS AND WOULD NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY

I flew from New York to Idaho Falls to pick up a puppy that was later diagnosed with Hydrocephalus. Breeder insisted despite a report by email and a personal conversation with the vet that the puppy was healthy. She only reimbursed me $1200 from a total expense of $2606 (which includes $1375.00 for puppy plus my travel and vet expenses. Buyer beware!
