ATT Uverse Rewards
Unbelievable

I signed up for Uverse online, and during which the $300 cash reward card. I received an email advising me that there was an issue with the website and that promotion wasnt applicable. I called in to inquire about this, and during the same instance I received in the mail the same offer of the $300 cash reward card. I spoke to 3 people to finally get this what I thought to be resolved. Confirming that my services choosen were applicable to receive the above mentioned promotion. To today call in and be advised that the promotion is a $150 cash reward card, and some insane bill credits, to equal more then $300. Which is where I am benefiting more with that then the $300 I was originally offered. The most shocking of this entire experience I made notes of who i spoke with and when, but no one saw any notations on my account confirming this. My request to cancel service immediately couldnt be handle be the "rewards' supervisor, which during the transfer I was hung up on. To call back to be told I was only entitled to $250 cash back rewards. Pure ridiculousness, poorly run company and for all of the hassle I went back to Comcast. The $30 savings monthly to stay with ATT. No save attempts, rep just concerned if they handled my requests effeciently. * Avoid the HASSLE stay with your current provider*
