False Advertising

I am a small business owner and as most small business owners would like to save on every penny. I normally dont use USPS Express Mail but when I was inside the post office close in the area, they told me its guaranteed that it will be there next day before 3pm for $18.95 Of course, would save me almost $50 compare to Fed Ex. But I was wrong. I was really very disappointed. They werent able to deliver that envelope to the other end 2 days after. The worst part was, that was our PAYROLL money. When I called consumer hotline why? They said its 90% guarantee to be there, not 100%.. So from now on, I dont want to use their service anymore, I learned my lesson once. I hope this will give others to think twice before sending an important papers / payments before you regret it. They should change that to NO GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
