I went to pick my pictures that were suppose to be in today and of course every time you get to the photo department there is nobody there. I had to push the button twice before this young man with his fingers in man walked up and said do you need help. He try to look for the pictures and then ask when did I drop them off and told him Thursday of last week and the other guy told me they would be in Tuesday of this week. He told me that it took a week, very rulely and yelled at me and said I told you it takes a week. I inform him that I was going to complain and that I though his way of handling a customer was rude. He told me to go ahead cause Wal-Mart wasn't going to do nothing anyway. This person needs to fire. He didn't really want to help me much less do any work at all.
