Hello,
I visit Walmart at 45415 Dulles Crossing Plz, Sterling on 11/23 and
Was very disappointed at the service I receive. I had my 5 years old daughter and I wanted
To see if she would be able to fit in one of those Ride on vehicle for kids. So I walk up to an
Walmart Attendant and politely asked him if he can bring down one of those cars of the shelve so that I can see if my daughter would be able to fit. He said that’s not possible so I said that I was interested in buying one for my daughter, again he said know so he called another walmart attendant and he said that he can get the ladder but I would would have to get it myself. I immediately asked for a manager and I gently came after about 15 minutes and indicate that he doesn’t work in that situation and how can he help. I told him that I asked two of the attendant kindly to bring down one of the Ride on vehicle from the Shelves and I was told that the can bring the ladder but I would have to get it myself. He said that there was probably a miss communication and he would not be able to accommodate me.
I felt disrespect because I was respectful and courteous. To me this was a bad example of customer services. As a customer I didn’t felt like I was being unreasonable and I felt I should have be accommodate like a customer should be. Walmart drop the ball on this and I am disappointed.
