1800 ne 12th ave Gainesville, Florida. I shopped there as an secret shopper and they were horrible! The employees from management all the way down. The managers didn't know what was going on. I Witness the employees berate a customer frequently. The customer service throughout the store lacked proper etiquette! Saying the least.
