Failure to honor policy

I purchased a 8g ipod touch on 4/26. Per questioning I gace the associate I also purchased the 2yr plan. Well went to walmart #1313 to replace the ipod becasue the screen is shattered which is one of the many questions i asked associate if it covered and he said yes. Well two managers later and a headache My sick daughters ipod will not be replaced and the polocies were not honored. The scapegoating amongst the staff is amazing and walmart and your staff are liers and cheats. So, if walmart is honorable they need to do the right thing.
