Direct TV argument - Awful Customer Service

I've had it for over two years. Only reason I switched was to get the MLB package during a "dispute" between companies.

After it was installed, guess what? There is NO WAY to get a human being on the phone!!!

I'm trying to cancel as my contract is over.

NEVER, EVER, use this company! And do be sure to tell everyone you know.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with!

Once you're free from them, you will feel reborn!

Hopefully they will "email" me with a phone to a PERSON I can chat with about getting this system and all of it's garbage out of my house.
Tell everyone you know to stay away from direct-tv!
