Recalled Coffee maker - GE Coffee Maker Recall

Returned recalled GE coffee maker model #169164. U. S CPSC stated this should be returned to Wal-mart for "full refund." I paid cash $30.00 plus tax for this item. Refund: Was given walmart shopping card for $18.46. When I pointed out that I should have a full refund, was told that I should have brought receipt for item. 1. I want FULL refund 2. I resent being forced to shop Wal-mart in order to receive refund.
