I had been contacted with a mr. Dave johnson from independence advertising requesting me easily desired to rent or sell my timeshare home. Being that i wasn't using any of these i stated sure and he went into his sales hype and basically explained that it was a certain sale which he'd have a customer before thirty days... Then he charged me $ 3300.00 bucks for him to market them and said he'd refund my credit card when the home wouldnt market within that point! I experienced very leary in the beginning purchase being that i'd 2 timeshares and our maintenance fees are over $2100.00 each year and am no further able to use them because of medical problems i agreed and he stated that after 10 business times i'd get some paperwork in the mail for me to sign and mail back to him. Nicely i settled the 3k and 3 days later received a phone from landstar time-shares from the ms. Leslie areas who had been very polite and asked me the same question regarding our timshares, i subsequently told her what i'd finished with mr. Dave johnson from independence marketing and she immediately got her mgr. Mr. Riley parker about the point whom was also very comprehensive in explaining to me how they work and charging me-only $859.00 for both of my business properties that we possess with bluegreen hotels every other odd as well as years. I then made issues to landstar plus they where capable to get mr. Dave johnson return my credit card for your total $3,300.00 cost on my american express. I experienced outraged that mr. Jackson and his company had taken such benefit of me, however; i'm thankful to each ms. Fields and mr. Parker because of their help. I'd advise anyone available never to do any business with independence advertising or mr. Dave johnson! They're a complete scam!
