Sales Agent Dave Johnson sold me a timeshare for $11,800 that is only worth $3000

The lawrence welk people hard sell you to death with fake popping of wine bottles at their sales pitch, like everyone is buying these. They are scamming you to death, you can call up any local escondido real estate office and buy the same time share for around $3000 I was informed I paid nearly $12,000. So i just was over sold by $8,000. Big time scam, don't believe a word when they tell you the time share is worth more, they aren't worth much. They lied and told me the value of the time share would increase, and that was a lie. They told me that because i was getting in on ground level it was cheaper, also a lie. Do not buy from these people! This is a huge scam, when you buy something that is this dramatically overvalued by evil sales people such as dave johnson that is wrong and a scam. Thanks dave for ripping us off and smiling while doing it you are a true classy gentlemen, i hope people find this and don't buy from welk resorts!
