Unauthorized charge on credit card

Created unauthorized cost to my charge cards. Refused return. I Called charge card organization and documented, the fake cost to Citi-Bank.in the beginning acknowledged my cash back. However Cash Works delivered a notice for them all I'd to complete was stop and deliver the bundle back again to them-and they'd provide me a return. And so i returned the package. After doing this, I delivered my comfirmation back again to Citibank with my Cert from USPS stating it had been provide and closed for. Citibank subsequently reinstated the charge-back onto my card $990.00 but still even today I've not obtained my credit Cash works. I've approached Cash works at 877-317-6098 and 877-383-7748 and also the same ladies has solution the telephone and consider my telephone number and claims they'll return to me.
