Unauthorized charges/not refunding money

Delivering items and unauthorized costs to charge card. Not refunding cash and holding on me after I really do achieve a live individual to speak with. Have attempted daily going back 8wks to really get anyone to return money. I've delivered back these products they delivered to me. Did exactly what I've been informed to complete however they nevertheless won't provide me my cash back. I get told different things everytime. I've over $250 bucks of unauthorized charges to my charge card and needed to stop my card to be able to end these costs. I really hope noone else drops for these items since I believe they're scammers.
