Deceptive Sales Practices

I had been approached with a really chatty and pleasant affiliate of the Fruit Organization and provided an advertising agreement for marketing within the Windstream yellow pages. I inquired basically needed to come to a decision today and also the consultant stated no. I informed her to send within the info and that I will appear it around and choose later. After about eight units of discussion the phone call was over. I never obtained a fax, merely a statement for $400.00 due immediately. I named and stated there has to be some type of error. They stated they'd documented the discussion by which I decided to the marketing agreement. Therefore once they delivered it in my experience I paid attention to it but still I never decided to something except to appear it around. I'm still along the way of eliminating the offer and contains lost a lot of my period. It is frustrating that they'll simply send me a statement for nothing. Watch out for the Fruit Organization and also the Windstream marketing websites!!!
