I named them about my statement, it had been greater then regular after I called about somthing. The lady explained I had been due an up-grade on my dsl at no extra-cost to me. I said, certain. Then your the Sept. 2011 bill is 22.00 greater. I named plus they stated I'd decided to a far more costly bundle in addition to a 1 year. Agreement. I never decided to that or was actually informed about this. I named and spoken to some supervisior and he or she said I couldnt return to my previous bundle simply because they no further had it. I asked when the calls were documented and he or she said yes. I request thaat the two calls I'd created be examined and convince me that I agreeded, she stated that the repetitions.

Had made records and that I informed her I had been cheated and he or she stated, Im sorry you are feeling this way. Today icant actually alter to a different organization for house telephone and dsl since I'll need to spend that agreement. I actually donot understand how to begin a class-action match but the corporation must be considered about their deceptive methods.
