Aqua Globes
They ship extras and wont refund shipping charges to return them

I called the number given on TV and was patched through to a computerized ordering system. I tried to get to a real person but could not. I went ahead and ordered one, regular set... The computer tried to get me to buy a bigger globe for a 'good price'... Then they tried to get me to buy another set or two... I finally got so fed up of wasting my time listening to the sales spiel, I hung up. When I received my shipment, they sent me TWO sets and charged me $46. I called them and was told I could return one set and they'd credit me $12 plus tax or if I agreed to keep the second set, they'd give me a $10 credit. THIS IS HOW THEY SELL SO MANY!!! THEY SHIP EXTRAS THEN GET YOU TO PAY FOR THEM BY OFFERING $10 OFF!!!
I called the phone number on my bank account listing and got customer service. I was told I must have ordered two sets... I said I have three plants, why would I want 8 globes? He said it may have been inadvertent! I said if it was, then your automated system is flawed.
I got nowhere! This is fraud!
