False Advertising

They post they will pay you upto $22.50 in CASH for reviews on products you have purchased, then change it into points after you do it, I tried showing them the site where it no where shows the points, I had a customer service rep Douglas agree with me and tell me I would be getting my $22.50, Calvin a manager then tells me, he will take care of it if I email him, after I email him, he tells me all I can do is get points.

So due to this blatant false advertisement, and Customer Service that contradicts itself, I have no choice, but to never shop here and tell everyone I can how I was treated.

All I wanted was my $22.50 owed for my reviews, instead by the end I was hassled and told my reviews would be deleted.

Douglas was a great customer service rep, Calvin should not work for this company as he is the real reason I will never shop here again rude, inconsiderate, and unwise to lose a customer over $22.50.

Attached is proof of my claim, as well as the condition of my couch after 1 year and only 1 person sitting on it, NO ANIMALS!
