Took our $$ and ran away. No cartoon map ever made

He told us he was making a cartoon map for Cache Valley (Logan UT) and he was asking who would like to be on it. We said would like to and paid him $500 right then. It has been a year later and still no map he continues to lie to us about when it will be done, at first it was Oct then Feb then April and now May but still no map.

He also never once has has reached out to us to let us know what is going on, it has always been us calling him, and him giving excuses after excuse. The last time I talked to him he yelled at me when I asked for my money back he said NO the "contract" is non refundable!

He is a SCAMMER.
