Kohls return policy sucks even with a receipt - juicers

Went to kohls sumday to return 2 juicers, had receipts that was dated 1 week ago, one for cash, the other for a debit card. Was harrassed. They took everything out of the box, looked for a serial number, when everything was verified, they put it back in the box, put into their system no receipt and said i would get a corporate refund. When i asked why and explained i had a receipt, one for cash purchase and the other for a debit card, asked if she could process them seperately, she said no, that is the way she wanted to process it. I turned on my cell phone to call my daughter to ask if they could do this. The clerk proceed to call the police department asking for my arrest, stating i was trying to record her picture without her permission. No police showed up after 30 minutes. Then, i was given my receipts and my merchandise back and asked to leave the store. Without anything.
