Kohl's
Employee very rude

I have never been treated so rudely before by a cashier. Her name is Deb. She is an older women with redish dyed hair. Her name tag said she has been there 5 years. There was a question about my Khol's cash. She informed me that I couldn't use it because I had returned something. I told her I thought is was strange because I hadn't been back to the store. She rolled her eyes at me and just kept saying it was over a month ago you just don't remember. She was basically telling me I was lying to her and on top of that she had another sale woman standing next to her and she was giving her looks and laughing and rolling her eyes. I was not yelling or upset I was just questioning the issue. I told her she was being very rude to me and she didn't care and continued rolling her eyes and making rude comments with this other sale woman. Maybe I didn't remember but instead of suggesting I look at my statement or go over to customer service she accused me of not remembering. All she wanted was for me to leave so she could talk to her friend. It was very embarrassing not to mention I was there with my 11 year old son. I plan on talking to the store directly also. I am not someone that complains I love Khol's but she needs some classes on respect. The funny thing is that I was telling this story to a friend and they knew exactly who I was talking about.
