Waiting for 1 rim

Wow, I'm sorry I didn't read these reviews about wheelfire before I made a single purchase of a millennium wheel for my Mercedes Benz. I ordered my wheel 7 days ago. I call the company and a wheelfire rep proceeds to tell me that the rim was being shipped out today (a week after I placed my order). He says when they get the rim, they'll ship it to me. Huh??? What the hell is that??? I complained that was told that my rim would be delivered in a week. I got silence. I also got a very bad feeling about this company!!! I'm used to TireRack which has great service. The rep on the phone never tried to put me at ease in any way, shape or form! I guess I just have to wait for my $500 purchase to make its way from California to Florida then to my NY location. Smfh!!!
