Repair - Customer Service

Service person (Robert) was surly and sloppy. He changed the sand in the filter and left stains all over the flagstone and cool deck. He also dumped sand on my lawn and left it there. When he came in for payment I asked if it was customary for the sand to be left on my lawn. He said no and asked if I had a shovel. Gave him a shovel and he removed some of it. Luckily I have a power washer and the stains came out (in 102 degree weather). He has no customer service skills and I won't be using Leslie's for anymore service. The service call # was1655144.
