Appalling service at prospecton (Durban) home affairs

My husband paid 600 for a maxi passport. He went to pick it up and they had issued a 32 page. They said they made a mistake and would issue one immediately since we were leaving to Australia shortly. I went to pick it up today and they had made another 32 page.instead of apologising and issuing another one, they laughed it of by saying we have two passports which equal 64 pages. THAT'S NOT WE PAID FOR!!! They were condescending and rude. I filled the complaints book which is a journal of complaints and should account for action being taken at this place!!!

I hate to say it - that's why so many fake passports show up! Issuing two to one person!
