What a scam! After being told by 3 differentcustomer service operators in the South Carolina office that my monthly charge was going to be $86.94, my bank staement shows a charge of $116.93 plus another charge of $3.51. I should of known there was something wrong when last month I was charged $59.97, then $4.95, Then $1.80, $. 15, andthen $8.00.
I called to dispute these charges and the recordings will say; You have less than 2 minutes waiting time for a service representative, music plays then a recording comes on to que your phone number and not lose your place in line, then another recording comes on to say that they are experiencing higher that usual call time and your wait will be more than 10 minutes. Then the recording comes on that your call time is less than 2 minutes... Then the que again. Then the more than 10 minute wait. So I pressed the prompts to leave a call back number for my turn in line to recieve a call back... No one calls back!!
