What is happening to my favorite channel?!

I really think that they should bring back awesome shows like That's so Raven and Kim Possible. I am tired of Phineas and Ferb. And also, why haven't My Babysitters a Vampire aired on their second season??? I am also devastated that Wizards of Waverly Place is ending.
