This isn't fair, it can't be

Wow, I felt like I was the only one having problems wit dn. I signed on at 24.99 for one yr then 34.99 the following yr. Since my bills are drafted from my account I never paid much attention (a stupid move on my part) having just bought a car, I started reviewing the family expenses and saw that dish is and has been charging me 54 something for the past few months and 44 a few months before that and the 44 was before the 1st yr was even up. To make things worse I remember having to pay 150 down because my credit wasn't good then they told me I couldn't qualify for the hd for life as they been advertising, so why did I pay the extra 150 down? And why the hell am I being charged 54 a month for the most basic of packages they have to offer?!?! I'm so upset I haven't decided what to do yet if there's is even anything that can be done. Companies like this is couldn't care less about peons like us and have legal ways to weasel out what their sales reps do / say to have the contract signed. Glad for sites similar to this where the average blue collard working man getting stiffed has somewhere to be heard. Guess misery loves company. If anyone has any suggestions please advise.
