I respected Christopher Terry with CT Building and offered him 30k in advance to set up two fundamentals for commercial satellite antennas. He made the openings the incorrect dimension after which offered me a big change order for 23k and desired it-up top for that extra excavation. He never turned up to perform again. For me he's an extremely shady man. Another woman wrote me and stated she dropped almost 100k to him. Beware!!!
