I've been a person since Dec. I shipped 2 dvd's back on Friday and recognized today I'dnot obtained any new dvdis. Visited their site and observed that my consideration was placed on store, no notice from their store or something. I named and wound up needing to keep in touch with a boss who advised me that my consideration was placed on store Oct 21 simply because they were examining that out-of last a few months I documented not getting 2 of the dvdis they stated they shipped HOWEVER THEY WENT AHEAD & CHARGED MY CHARGE CARD ONOCTOBER 22 FOR OCTOBER 22-NOV 22. I expected him why am I being tried for that US Email he explained I wasn't then why am I being billed to get a support I'm not getting and he responded I am not. I then stated then why did you cost my charge card? Could not get right solution from them. I ended my account and informed him they have to credit my card back. We will have what goes on. Since they transformed their pricing, etc they've been down slope. You'd believe since we're spending more we'd have greater support. GOOD RIDDANCE!
