Channel Removed Fit tv

I have been with DirecTV for about 2 years now and I've finally realized that this company is not about customer satisfaction. They charge you a rate for service that isn't much better than Dish Networks. Not to mention they removed the best channel to date from the family and choice package, fit tv. You people are out of your mind. You did not coerce me to bump up to the next package, you gave me the final reason to move on to streaming video and leave you behind. DirecTv should enjoy the last few years of their existence.netflix, AppleTV, and ROKU are going to crush DirectTV into non-existence because they play games with people. Call me if you really want to understand what you are doing to people and what the mindset is. I am middle class america and we determine who lives and survives.
