My DVD box set arrived wrapped in paper with chinese writing

Requested a DVD box-set from their website. While eventually appeared, it had been covered in document with oriental writing. The entire 13 disk collection didn't focus on possibly my dvd or blu-ray player. Have now been attempting to deliver emails for their customer support link seeking reimbursement and seeking return data. Up to now, they keep placing me down using the reaction to attempt disks again.in outrage today, I've posted a on my charge card.
