DVR Four-Program Recording Limit Not Disclosed

AT&T U-Verse advertises that you can record up to 4 shows at once on a single DVR. Nowhere do they tell you that you can only record or watch a maximum of 4 different programs at a time. I pay for 5 DVRs and we can only either record or watch 4 different programs at a time. The public needs to know this before getting locked in a one-year contract.
